Due to the perishable nature of our products, Almaz Foods is unable to accept returns on any food items once they have been dispatched.All frozen food products are made fresh and dispatched with care. We cannot accept returned goods for food safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@almazfoods.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale buyers should inspect all goods upon delivery. Any claims for damaged or short deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
