How to Cook

Cooking Instructions

🍳 Deep Fry

Remove falafel burger from the freezer. Do not defrost before cooking.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or deep pan to 170°C / 340°F.

Carefully lower the patty into the hot oil. Fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve in a bun with salad, tahini, or your favourite toppings.

Also excellent pan-fried in a little oil over medium heat, 3–4 min per side.

Check internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving.

Do not refreeze once defrosted. Store at -18°C or below.
