How to Cook

Cooking Instructions

🍳 Deep Fry

Remove falafel burger from the freezer. Do not defrost before cooking.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or deep pan to 165°C / 330°F.

Carefully lower the patty into the hot oil. Fry for 5–6 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve in a bun with salad, tahini, or your favourite toppings.

💡 Cooking Tips

Also excellent pan-fried in a little oil over medium heat — 3–4 min per side.

Check internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving.

Do not refreeze once defrosted. Store at -18°C or below.

Air fryer: 190°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway — achieves a great crust.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.

Place burger patty on a baking tray.

Heat for 5–6 minutes until piping hot throughout.

📡 Microwave

Place patty on a microwave-safe plate.

Heat on full power for 1 minute. Check temperature and add 20 seconds if needed.

Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
