Our meat-based products (Mince Beef Kubbeh and Spicy Chicken Kubbeh) are Halal certified. Our falafel-based products are vegan and do not contain meat, so Halal certification is not applicable — but they are suitable for consumption by those following a Halal diet.
Yes. As a SALSA-certified manufacturer we can provide full food safety documentation, allergen declarations, and product specifications on request. We understand that procurement teams need this documentation and we're fully prepared to supply it.
Our frozen products have a shelf life of 12–18 months when stored at -18°C or below. Chilled versions of some products are also available with a shorter shelf life. Exact best-before dates are printed on all packaging.
