We're a family-run Lebanese food manufacturer based in Kirkcaldy, Fife. Everything we make comes from the same place — traditional recipes, honest ingredients, and a commitment to doing things properly.

Almaz Foods was born from one simple idea: make Lebanese food the way it's supposed to be made. Not a factory version. Not a supermarket approximation. The real thing — using the same family recipes our family has cooked with for generations.
We brought those recipes to Kirkcaldy, Fife, and built a production kitchen where we could make authentic Lebanese frozen food at scale — without ever compromising on what makes it authentic in the first place.

Every product is made in our SALSA-certified facility at Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy. SALSA — Safe and Local Supplier Approval — is the independent food safety audit required by major UK retailers and food service operators.
It's not a certificate we hang on the wall. It's how we run our kitchen, every day. Every batch. Every product. The same standard, the same care.
Four Products.
One Standard.
We make four authentic Lebanese products — Traditional Falafel, Mince Beef Kubbeh, Spicy Chicken Kubbeh, and Falafel Burger. That's it. We don't chase trends or expand for expansion's sake.
Each one is made from the same traditional recipe it has always used, with locally sourced Scottish ingredients, and zero shortcuts. If we can't make it properly, we don't make it at all.

These aren't marketing claims. They're the standards we apply to every decision we make — from how we source ingredients to how we run our kitchen.
All meat products use certified Halal suppliers. Our falafel and falafel burger are fully vegan and gluten-free. Every allergen is clearly labelled. We believe great food should be accessible to everyone at the table.
