Kubbeh is a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. These ball shaped croquettes are a flavourful blend of fragrant herbs and spices, filling meat or vegetables and a hearty, crispy bulgur wheat casing. We’ve preserved our family recipe through the generations to make kubbeh the traditional way. We think they’re most delicious as an appetizer or side dish and are especially delicious served with hummus, pitta bread or labneh (strained yoghurt).

Our Spicy Chicken Kubbeh are filled with deliciously spiced chicken breast. When deep fried to perfection they’re tender and moist on the inside, yet crispy and hearty on the outside. These little gems are sure to have you craving one after another.
