Kubbeh is a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. These ball shaped croquettes are a flavourful blend of fragrant herbs and spices, filling meat or vegetables and a hearty, crispy bulgur wheat casing. We’ve preserved our family recipe through the generations to make kubbeh the traditional way. We think they’re most delicious as an appetizer or side dish and are especially delicious served with hummus, pitta bread or labneh (strained yoghurt).

Our Smoked Salmon Kubbeh are delectable crispy bites filled with locally sourced tender salmon that is smoked not a few miles from us in Scotland. Deep fry these for a crunchy croquette filled with heavenly tasting fish and an array of accommodating herbs and spices. Always a fan favourite with the seafood lovers.
